A former bakery chef from the five-star Hotel de Crillon in Paris opened this bakery in Yoyogi-Uehara in 2008. The popular croissants are the best in the area in terms of taste and aroma. The popular Danishes, made with Camembert, honey, and custard cream, are all top-notch and made with the best ingredients, giving them a genuine European taste. There is a wide variety of breads, from hard breads to savory breads and sliced bread, and you won't be disappointed no matter what you try. They're not cheap, but the filling taste is well worth the price.
